Your day to day
Customer Care Representatives for Spanish will handle incoming calls from members of the IHG® Rewards Club Program regarding hotel reservations, inquiries, requests, updates, redemptions, complaints and suggestions while displaying excellent customer service; enrollment of new members to the IHG Rewards Club Program and manage and maintain IHG Rewards Club Accounts by ensuring member satisfaction.
What we need from you
Ideally, the role will need candidates with experience in customer service, call center, contact center, BPO, sales, and/or hotels but we are interested in you even if you don't.
Some of our best employees came to IHG® with no work history at all. We are looking for great communicators who have the ability to quickly develop relationship with our guests.
We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to quickly navigate web pages.
Anyone applying for the role must be at least 18 years old and willing to work on graveyard shifts, holidays and weekends and MUST BE FLUENT IN VERBAL and WRITTEN SPANISH.
