Your day to day

The Key deliverables for this role: • Receive Guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding Guest expectation from arrival through to departure.• Maintain effective communication with all related Departments to ensure smooth service delivery.• Ensure that the Guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure point on check out.• Handle all messages, mail and packages for Guests and Colleagues, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner.• Ensure concierge desk and guest luggage store room is clean tidy and well organized. • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way as per IHG standards.• Comply with the health and safety policies and procedures.

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:• Previous experience as a Bellman for 1 year in a luxury property.• Should be impeccably groomed and presentable.• Excellent communication skills.• Ability to converse well both in Russian and English.• Ability to work in team.• Flexible with the rotating shifts.
