Your day to day
Due to Travel and Visa restrictions in Qatar, we are considering only locally available candidates in Qatar with NOC. In this role, you will work closely with the Front Desk Staff, Management, and other hotel departments in providing guest assistance with luggage, transportation, and miscellaneous needs. You will be assisting with heavy packages, suitcase, etc. being alert to give assistance courteously and quickly, before having to be asked. Maintaining a willingness to please attitude and give undivided attention to any approaching guest. You will also adhere to the guest checking in and checking out procedures pertaining to baggage handling, Welcoming guests at the main entrance, offering the greeting appropriate to the time of day taking particular note of repeat guests.
What we need from you
Due to Travel and Visa restrictions in Qatar, we are considering only locally available candidates in Qatar with NOC. Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills You will need to be available to work different shifts times. You need to possess cash handling ability and understanding.
