Your day to day
As a Barista you will provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe standards. You must be knowledgeable on coffee beans, drinks, and other coffee related products, and equipment. You will also calibrate coffee machine and must have the technicalities when it comes to cleaning and troubleshooting different types of machines. You may be allocated to serve the guests at the outlets run by the hotel in various locations Lastly, you are responsible for serving guests in restaurants and lounges, taking and serving guests orders. You give constant attention to the guests need like refilling beverages and other needs. Servers are also responsible for handling the checks and do the correct payment procedures.
What we need from you
The right fit for this role is someone who has solid hotel background with an energetic and fun personality. He/She should be passionate about people and hospitality.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. If you are this person, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, you will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. You will have 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be an enthusiastic individual who can communicate easily with both your fellow team members and guests. You will bring with your strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
