Your day to day
• Assist with the preparation of functions and service• Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled• Comply with Time and Attendance Policies• Assist with the preparation of an outlet for service including• To assist the Restaurant Managers with the delivery of F&B service in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.• Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships• Preparing waiter stations• Preparing buffet service• Preparing service equipment and materials• Assisting with table preparation• Being attentive to Guests• Accurately and promptly fulfilling Guests requests• Anticipate Guests needs• Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the Guest experience• Mise-en Place and Food Preparation• Assist with receiving and storage of goods• Clean and maintain equipment and premises• Maintain hygienic standards and procedures• Comply with Hotel Rules and Regulations and provisions contained in the Employment Handbook• Comply with Company Grooming Standards
