Your day to day
The Assistant Pastry Chef supports the pastry operations in creating a variety of desserts, including pastries, cakes, and other sweets. He also checks the quality of ingredients used for all types of sweets and pastries, helps in ordering and purchasing ingredients. He organizes the pastry kitchen staff, supervises while at work and trains them to meet and cope up with the required work standards.
What we need from you
• With at least two years of experience on the same positions in a hotel.• Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, and of high quality.• Good in oral and written English and the ability to develop and train the pastry team.• Equivalent education, knowledge on using a computer and good correspondence skill is required.
