Your day to day
You will be responsible for the business performance of the beach area, as well as maintaining high standards of beverages, service, and health and safety. Beach management combines strategic planning and day-to-day management activities.
What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification.• Minimum 2-3 years experience preferably in a beach resort environment.• Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required.• Must be fluent in English & Arabic language. • Professional communication, appearance, and behavior.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)• Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.• Must be self-motivated and organized and have strong problem-solving skills.
