Job description

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic First Line Support Technician to join forces with a successful team. Working for this professional services company you’ll be forming part of a busy IT team in Reading that supports the IT infrastructure and delivers IT projects across their offices nationwide.

In this fast paced role you’ll receive plenty of professional development and career opportunities in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Day to day you’ll be providing First Line Helpdesk support to the business and working at the forefront of the support department. You’ll be required to prioritise and log support requests and liaise with different IT departments in the business.

The ideal candidate will hold relevant IT qualifications, at A-Level or above, or perhaps you have completed an IT apprenticeship course. You will have gained at least 6 months’ commercial experience performing a First Line Support Technician role and will have great communication skills and a perfect attitude to customer service. You should be a real team player but also possess the ability to work independently.

We’d absolutely love it you had knowledge of Windows Server operations, Active Directory, Exchange management, and Office 365.
