Job description

The Ideal Skin care is seeking a Skin care ASSISTANT , RECEPTIONIST to join this professional center ASAP.We will train you for this position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Rooming customers and documenting medical histories
Assisting skin care professional with skin procedures including but not limited to; skin rejuvenation, scrapings, Hydrafacial, Micro-needling,Botox, laser procedures, etc.
Maintain accurate inventory of skin care supplies
Prepare customers , documents and procedure room.
Cleaning and organizing tools and stuff after procedure.
Assist from desk in answering phones and scheduling appointments
Assist in Skin care products sales.
Assist customers with both pre and postoperative instructions and protocols
Enter notes and information into system during and after visit

Desired profile

Candidate Must be totally fluent in English language.
Candidate must be computer savvy
Candidate must be highly professional, personable and share our commitment to customer care and service.
Must be extremely dependable and reliable.}
