Our client is looking for a proven sales associate who can hold their own in a busy luxury market. They must have a drive that creates productivity and efficiency while never compromising on customer service.
The position is part time, with the store opening hours being Mon-Sat 10am-7pm and Sun 11am-5pm. As such, your working shifts would be within these hours.
Maintain and exceed current store sales figures
Greet customers as they enter the store and offer a polite and efficient service
Maintain a good knowledge of competitor store ranges and the market as a whole
Upsell complementary items as add on sales
Ensure knowledge of the store’s products, and how they compare to other products, is kept current
Provide a courteous service both in person and over the phone
Assist executing new visual merchandising campaigns
Ensure the store meets the high level of housekeeping expected
Have a comprehensive knowledge of a variety of payment and transaction methods
Ensure that stock is replenished on a daily basis
Follow all stock management procedures - both with delivers and regular upkeep in store
Remain familiar with the brand’s security policies
