Additional Information Applicants must be aware that they will be required to train up to a Duty Manager once employed. Duty Managers are responsible for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Shift Manager. When in charge of the store you are paid an additional sum for each hour. There is the possibility for overtime when needed to cover sickness, holiday or to meet the business needs.
