 What You’ll Lead

Transform business challenges into powerful learning solutions
Shape and deliver blended, modern, high‑quality programmes
Reimagine induction and onboarding to keep it fresh, engaging and commercially smart
Collaborate with our Digital Learning Design Manager to create cutting‑edge digital learning
Drive succession planning, leadership capability and talent growth
Own and elevate our apprenticeship strategy
Lead an ambitious, curious L&D team that loves experimenting, learning fast, and innovating
Champion data‑driven decision making — track impact, ROI and outcomes that matter
