Retail Inventory Analyst (Stock Controller)

Job description

Iceland has 27 stores in ROI and they are supported from our Head Office in Blanchardstown.

We are seeking a suitably experienced candidate to work in our Stock & Logistics Team

 

Duties would include : -

Maximize Product Sales opportunities through effective forecasting, analysis, planning and ordering

Ensure Stocks within the Business are accurately recorded and controlled.

Maintaining SKU Product File/Supplier information.

Verify stock take integrity undertaken by our Stores regularly.

Investigate any stock integrity issues to identify root cause.

Inputting and verification of Data within our Systems.

Data Analysis & KPI Report Production of Transactions/Stocks to ensure accurate reporting.

Continuous improvement approach to Business Processes and Systems.

Provide training to ensure Business Process compliance.

Support the Optimization of Supply Chain Systems.

Profile

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

PC and Microsoft Office proficiency (strong excel skills essential)

SQL and VBA including Macro experience is an advantage

Previous supply chain experience is also an advantage
