an Admin Coordinator to join our growing business. 

 

Purpose of the role:

This role is all about being part of an energetic office team, providing exceptional service support to the Iceland Refrigeration field teams. You will ensure seamless service and equipment availability for our stores and valued customers, making a real impact every day!

 

 

In this role you can expect to:

·   Manage all active Iceland Refrigeration spreadsheets on SharePoint, ensuring all data is accurately updated & recorded.

 

·  Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that all planned maintenance schedules are completed in time for the Tender process.

 

·  Book and upload all planned maintenance calls with stores and workforce management, ensuring all set process’ have been followed.

 

·  Continue to help manage the planned maintenance schedule to ensure that it runs on time, working closely with stores, Retail Area Managers, and workforce management to cover off any cancellations.

 

·  Communicate planned maintenance schedules to all relevant third-party suppliers

 

·  Ensure the timely upload of the six-monthly refrigerant leak checks, ensuring the business stays compliant with all legislation.

 

·  Work with the Service Co-Ordinators to ensure that the On-call Rota is updated with any changes and promptly re-issue to Medicom.

 

·  Build and assign new stores to on internal systems.

 

·  Support the Accounts Manager with Invoicing duties.

 

·  Provide cover to Service Co-Ordinator roles where required.

 

 

You should apply if you :

·   Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
·  SAP experience or willingness to learn.
·  Ability to quickly learn internal call and people management systems.
·  Effective Time Management.
·  Logical thinker / Methodical.
·  Flexible and initiative-taking.
·  Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
