Job description


·  Enhancing and maintaining best in it's class Data Integration/ETL application used by thousands of customers
·  Providing technical support and resolving complex customer problems
·  Keeping security up to date analyzing potential security vulnerabilities and implementing security enhancements
·  Helping in performance tuning and resolving customer performance problems
·  Sharing knowledge and expertise within the team and also the clients, such as writing technotes, blogging in social media, etc.
·  Writing well-designed and testable code and performing code reviews
·  Prototyping, designing, developing & documenting new product features and enhancements
·  Cooperating with other IBM development teams creating highly integrated Data and AI solutions
·  Working in agile team following agile principles and methodologies
·  Cooperating with quality assurance engineers to ensure high product quality

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experience
