Job description

- Fluent in French and English
- Total of 20+ years of IT industry experience
- 10+ years of DPE Experience in managing large accounts ( Size $25 Million or above) and in managing a large AMS SO project with focus on managing service levels, penalties, incident management and overall service delivery.
- 15+ years Global Delivery Leadership experience. Should have managed team across multiple geographies.
- 7+ years of industrial sector experience spanning across multiple industrial sector clients
- 15+ years of Project Management experience. Should be a certified Project Management Professional. PMP certification and IBM Senior PM certification is a Must
- 15+ years of people manager experience.
- Proven abilities in selling IBM offerings to the client. Should be able to demonstrate growth YOY In the accounts managed
- 10+ years of strong financial management experience. Should be able to demonstrate exceeding the annual revenue and profit targets consistently. Should have managed different types of contracts like fixed price, T&M etc.,
- Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the account operations
- Proven abilities in base account growth by identifying opportunities in the client landscape. Should be able to demonstrate yearly signing's in the accounts managed
- Consistent high client satisfaction scores
- Top honors/awards from the client as well as parent organization
- Professional give back in growing the DPE/PM community. Should be able to demonstrate professional give backs done over time
- Consistent top performer ratings in the parent organization
- Should be able to provide strategic direction to the account team; Direct implementation and execution of policies and practices; Support delivery/sales plan objectives to meet & exceed organizational requirements; Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research, competitor analyses & client landscape; Manage multiple channel selling strategies; Build, develop and manage sales/delivery team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
