Job description

The Business Operation Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various business processes within an organization. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing workflows, and implementing strategies to enhance overall productivity and profitability. The Business Operation Officer collaborates with multiple departments, including finance, human resources, delivery team, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business goals.

Your Role and Responsibilities

·  Maintain and analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed decisions, assess performance, and identify trends. Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement operational improvements.
·  Manage forecast billing and expense against and resource management: Collaborate with the finance department to create and manage billing or expense for various operational activities. Ensure optimal utilization of resources while adhering to financial constraints.
·  Support and coordinate the execution of strategic projects and initiatives across different departments. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion.
·  Cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective communication and collaboration between different teams and departments to achieve organizational goals.
·  Support compliance and regulatory adherence for internal and external reviews to ensure that the organization or department is adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
·  Support risk management and mitigation by identify potential risks and operational challenges, support activities to mitigate risks and maintain business continuity.
·  Prepare and present comprehensive reports on operational performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommended actions to senior management. #BLUETH_23

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
·  2 year + Proven experience in business operations management, project management officer / project support officer / project administrator in IT projects or related fields.
·  Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, well-organized, highly reliable, independent, service minded, willing to learn and work in a fast pace working environment
·  Experience in Project Financial background is a plus
·  Experience in handling VISA & Work Permit is a preferable
·  Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to think strategically.
·  Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
·  Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and data analysis.
·  Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel (formula, pivot, graphs & etc.), Power Point
·  Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
·  Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization.
·  Good command of English: Writing, Translation, Reading, Speaking
