Job description

International Bullion & Metal Brokers, known as IBB, is an international group of companies whose core business is the manufacture, distribution and marketing of gold, diamond and silver jewellery.

IBB (London) was established over 35 years ago and is the headquarters of the Group, which has become one of the world’s largest and well-respected distributors of precious metal jewelery.

We are searching for an intern to help with our design and development desk. The successful candidate will be assisting one person with a variety of tasks including:

Photocopying
Preparing orders for our Lily and Lotty brand
Answering the telephone to both public and trade enquiries
Keeping excel spreadsheets up to date

Training will be given as necessary

Please note that this internship is full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. We are looking for someone to intern with us for a minimum of 3 months.
There is a full time position available which we would be looking to fill once the internship period ends.

Desired profile

- Basic requirements:

- IT literate and with a knowledge of basic Excel

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Willing to learn.

Good opportunity for a person who would like a busy and varied position.
An interest in jewelry and design would be beneficial.
