The Rating Advisory Unit provides in-house analytical competence on corporate credit ratings and capital markets from the perspective of the Global Rating Agencies (S&P, Moody’s and Fitch) as well as support to capital markets and other investment banking teams in assessing potential credit ratings of corporate clients and understanding impact of various transactions/ capital structure changes on the corporate credit profile, company and its instruments ratings. Rating Advisory supports investment bank’s core clients with guidance on rating related topics and insight into rating agencies methodologies, criteria and process.
Your tasks in our team
Conduct research and analysis re:
- industries, companies, and markets, for the purpose of supporting credit rating analysis by Rating Advisors
Provide on-going quantitative and analytical support re:
- financial statements and models analysis and interpretation
- aggregation and analysis of data from global Rating Agencies
- preparation of rating-related slides, pitch books, and presentations
Support rating advisory internal processes, tools, and applications
Das bringen Sie mit
- Near completion/degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn
- Understanding of corporate financial reporting/IFRS
- Previous exposure to Corporate Finance, Financing or equivalent is a plus
- Good analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and Powerpoint)
- Fluency in English is mandatory and other European languages are a strong plus
