Loan Syndication is a global product unit at the core of UniCredit’s corporate finance business within the Corporate & Investment Bank. The unit takes responsibility for the entire life cycle of syndicated loans from origination, pricing, underwriting and syndication to agency tasks and repayment, with offices in Munich, London, Milan, Rome, Vienna, and Luxembourg. Corporate Loan Syndication is in charge of the unit’s corporate client business, ranging from first time borrowers in the syndicated loan market, as an initial step towards the capital markets, to multinational corporates as frequent borrowers with a highly sophisticated and diversified approach towards their financing requirements.
Your Tasks:
- Preparation of pitching material for winning mandates as well as further presentations for internal and external purposes
- Communication, where applicable, with colleagues from UniCredit’s various corporate finance units, representatives from other banks, lawyers & corporate clients
- Review and analysis of international loan documentation
- Conduct market research
What we expect from you
- Preferably student of business administration, economics or law
- Strong proficiency in oral and written English and German, further language skills beneficial
- Strong level of assertiveness combined with a willingness to communicate
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under (time) pressure
- Experienced in MS Office products
