Internship Corporate & Investment Banking, Real Estate Structured Finance (f/m)

Within the Corporate & Investment Banking Division, Real Estate Structured Finance is responsible for providing tailor-made, structured real estate financing solutions accross all industry sectors including developments. Real Estate Structured Finance targets Lead Mandates, Bookrunner as well as Financial Advisory roles. We are covering the whole value chain, which includes among others the structuring of a transaction, asset analysis/due diligence, the credit & investment decision process and documentation.
Your tasks in our team:
- Assist in analysis and structuring of lead mandates
- Assist in preparation of detailed financial models, deal flyers and credit requests
- Assist in compiling an analysis of the due diligence reports
- Provide necessary research on market sectors and underlying properties
- Assist in preparing client pitches
Das bringen Sie mit
- Presently enrolled in an undergrad. or postgrad. programme in Finance, Economics or Real Estate
- Excellent academic record, international experience preferred
- Real estate experience desired
- Ability to work within a demanding and dynamic team environment
- Strong analytical skills and affinity to handle/work with numbers
- Pro-active thinking and initiative taking
- Well organized and able to adapt and perform within tight time frames
- Strong command of English and German
- Strong computer skills including of Excel modelling, Power Point and Research
