At Grand Hyatt Barcelona , one of the city's newest and most prestigious luxury landmarks, we are looking for enthusiastic, service‑oriented, and customer‑focused Room Service Waiters / Waitresses to join our In‑Room Dining team , starting in June , on a seasonal basis for 3 months .

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering personalized, discreet, and high‑quality dining experiences directly to our guests' rooms. About the Role

As a Room Service Waiter / Waitress , you will be responsible for delivering professional and timely in‑room dining service, ensuring all interactions reflect Hyatt's high service and quality standards.

This role requires strong organization, discretion, and efficiency, while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver in‑room dining orders promptly, accurately, and professionally
· Set up trays and trolleys according to service and presentation standards
· Interact with guests in a courteous, attentive, and discreet manner
· Take Room Service orders when required, ensuring accuracy and clarity
· Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, beverages, and daily specials
· Offer recommendations and accommodate special guest requests
· Ensure correct handling of orders related to allergies and dietary requirements
· Maintain cleanliness of Room Service areas, pantries, and equipment
· Collect used trays and trolleys efficiently and safely
· Operate the P.O.S. system accurately, posting charges to guest rooms
· Support opening, closing, and side duties as required
· Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Front Office, and F&B teams

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Requirements

·  Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress , ideally in Room Service or hotel F&B
·  Strong service orientation with attention to detail
·  Professional communication skills and calm demeanor
·  Fluency in Spanish and English ; additional languages are a plus
·  Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders
·  Team‑player attitude and reliability
·  Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  Availability to start in June and work the full 3‑month seasonal period
