Waiter/ess at Miyako Restaurant

Salary: £25,688 + Tronc

Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/ess role  

· Knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu

· To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage

· Assisting guest's during their visit and handling guest complaints

· Performs the opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned

· Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities

About You

Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences. Proficiency in Japanese, is highly desirable, as it enables you to connect with a diverse range of guests and provide a personalized level of service.
