Restaurant ZEM in the centre of Prague on Senovážné náměstí is looking for an experienced waiter/waitress for evening service.
ZEM is a place where the flavours of classic Czech cuisine and Japanese Izakaya cuisine meet. Both cuisines are authentic and therefore every guest will take away a double taste experience. However, the experience is not only based on good food and drink, but also on the ambience and first-class service. Our goal is to make ZEM Restaurant a place where you will have only pleasant memories and a place you will love to come back to!

What is the job description of the evening service attendant?
Welcoming guests and seating them at the table
Know all the food, drink and service to recommend to guests
Answer guests' questions
Take orders and serve food and beverages according to established procedure
Operate the Micros system
Receive payments and issue bills
Maintain relationships with guests

What do we expect from you?
Responsible and professional attitude towards work and guests and colleagues
Passion and desire to provide the best service
Communicative and able to handle any communication with guests in English
Previous experience as a server in a luxury hospitality environment
