Job description
Assists in the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Services Department within the Rooms Division.Handles guest enquiries in a courteous . Ensures that all guests' messages, mail and fax are handled and distributed properly.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
