You will be responsible for assisting with efficiently running the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
The Team Leader - Spa is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the activities and maintenance of massage equipment in the Spa and providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally, with a relevant degree or diploma in physical therapy or spa treatments.
· Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations
· Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
· Schedule flexibility is necessary, and the ability to multitask
· Preferably residing in GCC countries, with the support of a transfer
