We are seeking a motivated and guest-focused Team Leader – Front Office to assist in the efficient running of the Front Office department, in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and Miraval’s brand standards .
About the Role:
You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the Front Office, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining team productivity and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily Front Office operations to ensure seamless guest service
·
Supervise and support front office team members during shifts
·
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
·
Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction
·
Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate reports
·
Lead by example in delivering Hyatt’s and Miraval’s high service standards
Desired profile
Qualifications :
·
Saudi National (required)
·
1 to 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a resort environment
·
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
·
Resort experience is preferable
·
Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
·
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and administrative skills
·
Proficient in PMS and front office software systems
·
Professional, calm, and guest-oriented approach
