Team Leader - Concierge, Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur

Job description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Concierge is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
·  Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Team Leader - Concierge in a luxury hotel brand.
· 
Valid driving license - Class D (mandatory)

· 
Proven ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles

· 
Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods

·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
