Job description
· Customer Service
· Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times by engaging with guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
· Performs Host duties as requested and required with operational needs in all areas of the hotel.
· Ensures that Guest Satisfaction Survey (HySat) score is achieved or exceeded the corporate target.
· Handles all guests inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved exceeding expectations.
· Maintains positive working relationships with guests and colleagues.
· Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
· Operational
· Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
· Works closely with other Hosts in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
· Be supportive and flexible with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
· Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies as required.
· Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
· Operate dishwashing machinery and manually wash specific items as needed.
· Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling, compost, and garbage bins according to hotel policies.
· Ensure kitchen stations are stocked with necessary supplies, including dishware and kitchen utensils
· Report any issues with kitchen equipment or dishwashing machines and assist with minor repairs if required
· Follow hotel health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and sanitizers.
· Support the Kitchen team with basic prep tasks or other duties as directed.

Qualifications :
§ Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
§ Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
§ Responds to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
§ Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel and Hyatt International.
§ Attends learning sessions and meetings as and when required.
§ Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
