Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Spa Therapist at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. As a key member of the spa team, you will deliver high-quality treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies tailored to each guest's needs. You'll provide professional wellness services in a calm, luxurious environment and work closely with reception and fitness staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities:

·  Perform a variety of spa treatments (e.g., massages, facials, body treatments)
·  Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate services and products
·  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
·  Educate guests on spa products and promote home-care solutions
·  Spa reception role
·  Collaborate with the spa reception team to manage schedules smoothly
·  Address guest feedback with professionalism and care
·  Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
·  Maintain Spa area tidy and organized including Onsen and Pool
·  Uphold the high service standards of the Park Hyatt brand

Qualifications:

·  Proven experience as a Spa Therapist (experience in luxury environments preferred)
·  Certified training in massage, facial, or holistic therapy techniques
·  Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
·  Japanese language skills (English proficiency a plus)
·  Passion for wellness, beauty, and holistic health
·  Team-oriented, adaptable, and guest-focused mindset
·  Basic computer literacy for report logging and schedule coordination
