Qualifications :

·  Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented personality.
·  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

·  Previous customer service or front office experience is an advantage.
