Job description

Oversee the operation and management of the hotel spa or wellness facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, service standards, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Administration or related field.
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant management role within a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel environment.
·  Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
·  Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
·  Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and product retailing.
·  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
