What you will do as a Senior Mixologist

· Support the Bars Manager with overseeing the hotel’s two bars; 40 Elephants, which offers quirky cocktails and craft beers, and our Whiskey bar, Sibin
· Create new and innovative menus, regularly reviewing the bar’s offerings and how they can be enhanced, keeping ahead of trends
· Train and develop the team so they are knowledgeable about the menus and drinks preparation
· Anticipate guests needs by regularly checking the tables and be on the search for new ways to amaze them, remembering their names and favorite drinks so that we can wow them every time they visit
· Be a team player, being committed, engaged and respectful and bringing a sense of fun into the work place
