§ 进行广泛的竞争者调查,保持对本酒店优秀的知识水平

Conducts extensive competitor research and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.

§ 持续考察地区,国内,国际的市场趋势,了解竞争酒店的销售策略,确保本酒店销售部保持知识更新和竞争力

Constantly monitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and the competitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure the hotel’s sales remain competitive and cutting edge.

§ 通过电话,合约及书写的沟通,保持酒店的高知名度

Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications.

§ 运用凯悦顾问式销售技巧和SMART Selling哲学贯彻专业的电话销售技巧

Ensures professional sales Calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies.

§ 运用餐饮销售数据资料考量并确定目标客户公司和政府部门,开展适当有效的销售策略争取扩大酒店的市场占有份额

Pre-qualifies and targets major Companies and Government Departments, utilising Catering database and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.

§ 根据既定目标计划电话销售

Carefully plans Sales Calls into defined objectives.

§ 充分了解酒店设施,特点及服务

Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotel facilities, features and services.

§ 专业地展开例行市场活动以确定新的商业机会

Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities.

§ 在VIP客户到达酒店时予以欢迎,离开酒店时予以送别

Meets and greets VIP guests upon arrival/ departure.

§ 进行周期性市场调研和竞争者调查

Conducts regular Market Surveys and Competitor Researches.

§ 安排拜访现有及潜在客户公司和政府部门

Plans and makes Sales trips to Companies and Government Departments which is our current and potential clientele to explore into new Catering business opportunities.

§ 根据需要款待相关公司和政府职能部门,接待其来酒店考察

Entertains and conducts site inspections to relevant Companies representatives/ Government officials/ delegates whenever required.

§ 负责市场销售企划中相关的宴会销售企划

Implements all Catering sales action plans related to responsibility areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.

§ 在销售人员不在的时候负责宴会工作

Assists Events Sales Buddy to follow-up on all matters in the absence of Events Buddy.

§ 通过“taking work out of the system”和简化工作流程,不断寻求提升服务水平

Reviews and constantly seeks Productivity level improvements through the process of “taking work out of the system” (when appropriate) and thorough streamlining of work process.
