Security Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Security Manager, you'll manage all security operations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and enforce security procedures and emergency response plans

· Supervise the security team and coordinate shifts and assignments

· Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular inspections of the premises

· Respond to incidents, investigate security issues, and prepare detailed reports

· Coordinate with local authorities when necessary

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications :

Qualifications

· Previous experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or large facilities

· Strong leadership and crisis management skills

· Good knowledge of safety and emergency procedures

· Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively

· Strong attention to detail and reporting skills

· Good communication skills

· Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts

· Excellent English communication
