Job description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotel's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

You will be required to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to assist the related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.

Qualifications :

·  An open-minded, highly engaging team player who accepts constructive suggestions, with strong focus on solutions.
·  Ability to anticipate and react accurately to the needs and feedback of guests - a true listener with empathy who establishes rapport easily.
·  Embrace change, able to dissect obstacles with a quick mind, and always optimistically ready with a Plan B .
·  Self-driven individual who can organize necessary actions in order to achieve goals (personal, Hotel and Brand).
·  Sophisticated individual who carry themselves with appropriate grooming and mannerisms to represent the Hotel and Brand.
·  An eye for details and accuracy, good time and task management skills.
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
·  Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
·  Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin, with confidence.
·  Possess experience with handling mainland Chinese corporations an advantage.
