We are searching for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to help spearhead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in hospitality sales and have the ability to work independently while supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth across key market segments.

Responsibilities:

Develop revenue opportunities from Corporate, Government, Embassy, and other market segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential clients
·
Continuously develop new markets and identify growth opportunities.
·
Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to monitor account production and adjust strategies as necessary.
·
Ensure all hotel systems, sales databases, and account information are updated and accurate.
·
Conduct regular client visits, sales calls, and hotel inspections.
·
Assist with telemarketing projects and participate in sales events.
·
Travel to national and international sales events as required.
·
Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies and achieve business goals.
Desired profile
Qualifications :

Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
·
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
·
Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
·
Confident and results-oriented personality.
·
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
