· Sales & Revenue Growth
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and group segments.
· Negotiate contracts with clients and travel partners.
· Client Relationship Management
· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and accounts.
· Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and networking events.
· Provide personalized service to ensure repeat business.
· Collaboration & Coordination
· Work closely with marketing to design promotional campaigns.
· Coordinate with operations and events teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
· Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
· Market Analysis
· Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
· Adjust sales strategies to remain competitive.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Education : Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
· Experience : 3–5 years in hotel sales or hospitality sales, with proven track record.
· Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and networking abilities.
· Technical : Familiarity with hotel property management software.
· Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Ability to build long-term client relationships.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
