Sales Intern

Job description

The Hotel du Louvre, ideally located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, is looking for a Sales from January 2020 for 6 months.
As part of your various missions, you will report directly to the Sales Manager.

As part of this internship, you will have the following missions:

- support function of external sales team

- creation and sending of commercial offers

- Manage the follow-up of the request / invoicing / satisfaction

- Ensure physical and telephone reception according to Hyatt standards

- administrative support to the team

- Sales Analysis

- Business prospecting file creation

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Required profile:

- Excellent level in French and English, both written and spoken

- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

- You are organized, dynamic and rigorous

- You have a sense of detail

- You manage Pack Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word…)

- You preferably have already an experience in Sales in luxury hospitality

- Bac+4 minimum
