Job description
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all aspects of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and related services, in accordance with established brand standards and hotel policies. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, driving service quality, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, optimizing revenue opportunities, and supporting team development and performance.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Minimum 3–5 years of progressive work experience in Rooms Division operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role such as Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager, or similar. Strong leadership, problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple operational areas effectively.
