Description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations. The Rooms Coordinator is responsible to provide strong and efficient administrative and operational supports for Front Office and Suite Butler team.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Thai national with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
·  1-2 years work experience in hotel front office experience, preferably in a luxury or international hotel
·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
·  Excellent communication skills in English
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
·  Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar)
