Desired profile
Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field
·
Minimum 2 - 3 years of progressive experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant management.
·
Demonstrated expertise in leadership, staff development, and team engagement.
·
Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, wine pairing, and guest engagement strategies.
·
Proven ability to deliver results in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
