Salary: Up to £45,000 + Service Charge

Reporting to: Hotel Food & Beverage Manager

What you will do as Restaurant Manager at Ekstedt at The Yard

· Own the Ekstedt at The Yard Restaurant concept, ensuring every aspect of the operation stays true to this concept, and deliver it
· Be creative and stay up-to-date with the market to be able to come up with new business ideas
· Work closely with the restaurant head chef to deliver the Ekstedt experience
· Recruit, train and support all members of the team, keeping a very good communication and bringing a sense of fun into your role to help maintain the positive atmosphere that exists across our teams
