Step into the heart of guest experience at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, our prestigious 5-star Grand Luxury hotel where precision and personalized service define every stay. Over the course of six months, you'll join the Reservations team, gaining valuable insight into the administrative and operational side of luxury hospitality. From managing bookings and coordinating with departments to ensuring seamless guest journeys, you'll play a key role in delivering excellence.

What You'll Do

·  Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks within the Reservations department
·  Support the organization of booking records, guest profiles, and reservation documentation
·  Help coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate room availability and guest requests

Assist in scheduling, internal communications, and event-related booking logistics

·  Work closely with the Reservations team and Front Office managers to ensure smooth guest booking experiences

Who You Are

·  Current student at a university
· 
Available to start the internship in January / February for a 6-month period

·  Interested in the intersection of guest services and administrative operations
·  Fluent in Spanish and English
·  Able to sign a university collaboration agreement
·  Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU-approved internship program
