Reservations Agent - Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur

Job description

You will be responsible for supporting the efficient running of the Reservations function in line with Hyatt's brand standards and the hotel's business objectives, while meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations. The Reservations Agent is responsible for handling room reservation enquiries, accurately processing bookings and maintaining reservation records, while providing courteous and efficient service to guests. The role works closely with the Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams to support room availability, maximise revenue opportunities and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office or a similar guest service role within the hospitality industry would be an advantage. Good communication, problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential. Computer literacy and knowledge of hotel reservation systems, particularly Opera, would be an advantage.
