The Role
As the Assistant Manager you will be reporting to the Regency Club Manager to assist in managing the day to day operations of the executive lounge. This includes assigning duties to team members, supervising associates, conducting pre-shift briefings to communicate daily operations, be responsible for VIP arrival and departures and attend meetings in the absence of the Regency Club Manager. Whilst ensuring all tasks are performed to the Hyatt international brand standards

• To be able to effectively lead and manage a team
• Excellent grooming and high standards for personal presentation
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
• Desire to exceed guests expectations and go “above and beyond”
• Able to work a 7 day rotating roster with flexible shifts in the morning and evening
Our Expectations
• Previous experience at least 2 years as a Front Office Supervisor in a large international hotel
• Qualifications in Hospitality Management is highly regarded
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure
• Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster
