As a Reception Host, your main responsibility is to warmly welcome guests to the hotel and assist them with any queries they have during their stay. You provide guests with an efficient and smooth check in and check out and ensure that all billing is complete and accurate. As a key member of the Front Office team, you always seek to anticipate guests needs to help ensure that their stay is a memorable one.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

·  Indonesian citizen, ideally graduated from Hospitality major
·  Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel
·  Self-motivated and outgoing personality, enjoy working as part of a team
·  Strong communication skill
·  Computer literacy in Opera, Microsoft Office, and able to use EDC Machine
·  Language proficiency in written & spoken English and Indonesian
·  Multi-lingual in some of the following languages is preferred - Korean, Mandarin, and Japanese
