Job description

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, handling payments and ensuring a clean and comfortable dining environment. The role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, teamwork and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Candidates should be customer-focused, able to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

•Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
•Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel or F&B outlet is an advantage.
•Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Basic cash handling and numeracy skills.
•Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
•Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
