We are seeking a passionate leader to join our dynamic and exciting Food & Beverage team as Outlet Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will co-lead the department whilst supporting the success of both the operation and colleagues, implement strategic and innovative initiatives and excel in customer service. Our Resort and recently appointed Residences continue to elevate and innovate their guest experiences, and was recently named #5 Resort in Central America by Conde Nast Traveler. Qualifications :

Qualifications:

·  Technical studies in hospitality, Tourism management or related
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as an Outlet Team Leader or Assistant Manager
·  Fluent in English and Spanish
·  Excellent operational, administrative and interpersonal skills
·  People management skills
·  Luxury Resort or Beach experience
