Job description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Room Service Order Taker is responsible to provide an exceptional customer service in the function of order taker in the food & beverage division of the hotel.

Qualifications :

·  Previous experience in Food & Beverage or customer service preferred
·  Strong communication and listening skills
·  Ability to accurately take and process orders
·  Basic knowledge of menu items and ingredients
·  Attention to detail and accuracy
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·  Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
